Re: I keep getting An Adobe account can be used by only one person — and not shared, popup!!!!

I have the some problem for some time now. Adobe even changed my password several times without my permission. I have a desktop and a laptop, not sharing any apps with anybody. Depending on my location I allways work from one machine.

    how do you know adobe's changing it?  do you have 2 fa enabled?

    It just happened to me again. While working in AE and Illustrator, suddenly Adobe closes my apps without any warning. Upon reopening I get the message that Adobe had reset my password (again!!). I had to change my password for the 3rd time in a couple months. And yes, I use the Adobe Account Access app as well. This is just ridiculous to be honest. Doesn't make any sense. I added the print screen.

    that's not changing your password.  they removed it.

     

    what devices are activated when you check your account?
