This doesn't work. I have no option to "chanhe your plan" on my Photography plan, only cancel. I too have had the email above saying I can keep my rate if I pay a year in advance - but it's impossible to do so. Can anyone actually help here? I've been subscribing for 15 or so years.

    Why is my device blocked from changing to an annual plan? You can't just throw that out there and not explain why.

    MonkDave, there can be a variety of reasons that the device is unable to contact us. The most common are pop-up blockers or misconfigured software firewalls. You can find several common solutions listed at https://adobe.ly/48lRBRb.

    I'm guessing you're a bot? None of that answers how I can keep my current price and pay a year in advance for my Photography plan, rather than suffer the 50% increase in monthly price. How do I do that? That's literally all I want to know. Thanks.
