I have already paid for this month subscription, as shown in the attached invoice below. However, I am still being asked to make the payment again, which seems to be a system error.

    Ali, please try the suggestions offered by Peru Bob and John T Smith. I can confirm that your subscription is active, so if you continue to encounter problems, please check with whoever manages the network to see if they allow access to individual Creative Cloud applications. Most colleges and universities block access if they provide their own membership. ^JW
