Re: Incorrect charge

I cancelled my subscription during my trial period and was still charged. I have an e-mail from Adobe confirming the cancellation.
When I looked at my Adobe account, it was showing I was still subscribed.
I've cancelled again and again got an e-mail confirmation, but now I believe that's meaningless.
How do I get my money back and why are Adobe behaving like this? It's dishonest.

I received a refund. Thank you - much appreciated.

Athelie, sorry you did not find more value in our services. You have canceled both of your commitments to Adobe, but on different days. Please see https://adobe.ly/4qxmIjb for information on the cancellation process. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days. ^JW

Thank you for your response but I'm not sure I agree. The second cancellation you're seeing is the one I did today when I saw you debited my bank account.
When I cancelled the first time, I went back into my Adobe account and it said that I had no plans.
That's also what it said today after I cancelled the plan that I didn't ask for. I only used your trial offer for one day and cancelled the next. I should not have been charged at all.
Nonetheless, I thank you for your prompt response and I will keep checking that another plan doesn't pop up on my account.

Thanks for the reply - it's good of you. I see Adobe has also responded and I'll post my reply there.

you should reply here (which is what you may mean).  don't reply via email.
