Re: Is there any way to speak to a real person at Adobe?

I have several account problems. My data isn't showing up, and the latest updates aren't appearing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the service, but the problem persists. I contacted support, but they haven't responded or shown any concern. The automated response doesn't understand what I'm asking, and you're lying; you don't allow real people to contact you on the forum. I want to cancel my subscription, which I'm losing money on every month for no benefit. My Illustrator subscription is @bow120000.

    try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to cancel your plan.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
