I have several account problems. My data isn't showing up, and the latest updates aren't appearing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the service, but the problem persists. I contacted support, but they haven't responded or shown any concern. The automated response doesn't understand what I'm asking, and you're lying; you don't allow real people to contact you on the forum. I want to cancel my subscription, which I'm losing money on every month for no benefit. My Illustrator subscription is @bow120000.
