Hi shena 

It is impossible to cancel my In-Design License!!!

I do not want to renew it when it runs our in May 2021

Please i need a support person to help with this, the Adobe account platform is so bad designed if you need help.

Do not sent me the video on how to change your plan it does NOT work on my account have tried many times

    For subscription issues, contact Adobe directly by phone per https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Make sure you immediately request a case number from the agent you speak with. If the agent can't assist you, request to speak with a supervisor.

    Look the way I see it, it is your money and your bank account. 😂 Contact your bank and make sure any adobe payments are stopped. They seem to care more about taking money in than anything else.

    Any "issues" with adobe can then be dealt with later.

    Absolutely wrong advice if one has not simply requested subscription cancellation with Adobe first!!!
