Me cobraron y descontaron la suscripcion de Adobe, pero no me activaron nada, entro a mi tarjeta y aparece el cobro de Adobe por 40 mil pesos colombianos, falta de etica? o que pasa con adobe, no es justo para algunos usiarios tener que perder dinero, y no podernos contactar con nadie, llevo todo el dia y solo me responde el chat robot que no me comunica con un ascesor porque no tengo activo un servicio, y entonces quien responde por el dinero que me quitaron de mi tarjeta? no tengo ningun servicio, ninguna ayuda, y ellos tienen mi dinero y el de muchos, que injusto

    Hola, se me hizo el cobro de mi plan pero al entrar me aparece como si no lo tuviera, me da la opcion de comprar o de usar un mes gratis.
    Por qué pasó eso? Necesito una respuesta, de no ser así,  tendré que cancelar mi membresía
