Request for Refund – Subscription Cancelled Immediately After Purchase

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for a subscription I purchased on 7th August. Within 10 minutes of purchase, I cancelled the subscription, but the payment amount was still deducted from my account.

Details

  • Reason: Subscription cancelled immediately and no services used
  • Adobe Account Email:<personal info removed by mod>
  • Transaction ID / Order Reference:<info removed by mod>

As I have not used any of your apps or services and cancelled the subscription almost immediately, I kindly request you to process a full refund of the deducted amount at the earliest.

Looking forward to your confirmation.

Thank you for your support.

Thanks for reaching out, Ashwika. I looked into your account details and found that you subscribed to Adobe Acrobat and AI assistant for Acrobat. I can see that one of the plans was cancelled on the same day i.e. August 7, 2025 however the other one was cancelled yesterday after it got converted to paid plan. The good news is Adobe provides full refund if the cancellation is done within 14 days. Your account is eligible is refund.
It usually takes 12-14 business days for the refund to process.

We request your patience. Let me know if you have any questions.

I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium. After using it for 2 days, I deleted the application and stopped using it. But after 7 days, The app deducted money from my account.. At that point, I went to the app store to cancel my subscription. So, will I get a refund?

It's up to the app store.

If you purchased from third-party providers

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party provider (such as AppleGoogle, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply. Refer to their documentation to manage your account.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
