I have the same issue in past 3 months I try to cancel the account but adobe keeps charging.  Can someone just cancel my f....... account

    Everytime I try to cancel, I am asked to pay first and so far its 3 months unauthorized payments, I got so tired that I finally cancelled my credit card and I am going to let me bank know that adobe is not authorized to charge my account.

    you have to rectify payment problems first, then cancel.

    You guys are totalk fraud, I have been paying for for past two months because everytime you say rectify first and then cancel,

    But then you stupid stupid m.......f dont cancel

    Pardon my language, I am so so f.... frustrated

    I dont want to deal you with anymore. I will file a unauthorized transaction case with my bank if you try to charge me again
