Adobe deducted 860.26 TL from my account for firefly. Please return my money immediately without my approval. You cannot withdraw money from my account without my approval. I want my money back as soon as possible. By what right can you withdraw such a large amount of money without getting my approval? Are you deceiving people? You can't register for a trial version and withdraw money without getting approval. I want my money back immediately.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
