Ik heb ook problemen met activeren, ik heb betaald voor een jaar en mijn account toont nog steeds geen actief abbonement waardoor ik ook geen toegang krijg tot support of contactgegevens kan vinden om te bellen. Wat overigens niet eens legaal is dat een klant een bedrijf niet kan contacteren over het niet leveren van een betaalde dienst.

I found the solution, the subscription I bought is part of a team and I had to join the team to acces the subscription

if you subscribed via adobe.com (as opposed to a mobile store), check your account, https://account.adobe.com

 

and there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I'll try the twitter chat, I bought it via the school channel which is behind login so scammers can't change the purchasing link

Apearantly I have a team account and have to use the admin console which I can't acces?
