It's a scam for me ... Cancelling before the due date just because I don't want to forget 1 year after, doesn't mean I have to lost all my access ! What's wrong with Adobe ? I've been a huge customer for years, and never seen this.

    Correct answer HannibxL

@kglad, thanks for the feedback; typing any extra text will confuse any automated solutions that could have been offered and can slow down their ability to connect to a human. The original poster is likely blocked from reaching us, so they responded to an old Community discussion.

@HannibxL, if you are unable to reach anyone when you click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen , please work with someone locally to help you. You can show them this discussion and have them help you establish a chat session.

I would also encourage you to try logging in under any other Adobe account you could have created, @HannibxL. When signed in under the account you are trying to manage, you can self-cancel most memberships and subscriptions.

Thank you all for your replies. I reached out the support via Twitter and they were kinda fast.
They found the subscription associated with this account, and unfortunately they can't reactivate it even though I paid for. At least They will refund me for the year.

So for conclusion, Contacting via twitter is really better.
Thank you, you can close the topic admins.

I thought it was like other web site here in europe... We all subscribe to a service and then stop the auto renewal so we can sleep in peace of not getting charged the next year. I thought Adobe EU was the same.

Hannibxl, I am sorry, but that invoice is for a different account than the one you are using to post to this public discussion forum.

Please see https://adobe.ly/4iJt5fp for information on how to reset the account associated with the e-mail address you used to make your purchase.

If you need additional help, Hannibxl, then click on https://adobe.ly/4240ABY to speak with a member of our support team. If you are unable to reach a human then you may need to use a different device to contact us. Please be prepared to verify the information on the account that you need access too and that contains your paid membership. ^JW

I am sorry, Hannibxl, but I don't see any active subscriptions, recent purchases, and activity under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

If you intend to cancel a membership or subscription, then make sure to log into that account to complete the cancellation process listed in https://adobe.ly/4l5eUCY. ^JW

Thanks for the answer. That the weird thing ! I have the invoice number : 3020873284
Can you check and confirm that I paid for the year ? Thank you.
I didn't know that cancelling before the due date is immediat, I cancelled like we do for each web site payment.
