I would also encourage you to try logging in under any other Adobe account you could have created, @HannibxL. When signed in under the account you are trying to manage, you can self-cancel most memberships and subscriptions.
Thank you all for your replies. I reached out the support via Twitter and they were kinda fast.
They found the subscription associated with this account, and unfortunately they can't reactivate it even though I paid for. At least They will refund me for the year.
So for conclusion, Contacting via twitter is really better.
