Assunto: Solicitação de Reembolso de Cobrança Indevida

 

Prezados,

 

Venho solicitar o reembolso de uma cobrança realizada 10.05.2025, no valor de US$ 29,99, em minha conta Adobe.

 

A conta e o cartão estão em meu nome, porém, o valor debitado pertence ao meu pai, e essa cobrança foi feita sem o consentimento ou conhecimento dele. Não houve intenção de renovar ou manter o serviço, e o débito ocorreu de forma automática.

    We are sorry for the trouble. I can see that you have an active prepaid annual subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium since May 7, 2025. You are eligible for full refund however, it can only be done through our support team as it involves asking and sharing some account related confidential information.
