Re: Quiero cancelar mi plan y no me dejan!

Deseo cancelar la RENOVACION AUTOMATICA del plan. Pero Adobe no da opción. Esto es un servicio deficiente. Y solo me deja cancelar el plan con penalizadion de 133€. Con estas condiciones no volveré a contratar ningun servicio de Adobe. Además ya no necesito, ni uso el programa desde hace meses. Deberian alquilar sus programas según el uso de mismo, esto lo hacen algunas empresas de programas: pago por uso.

    set a reminder to cancel after your 12th payment is received and before the renewal date.

      We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that your lan got renewed 11 days ago and this is the reason you when you are trying to cancel, you are requested to pay the early termination fees.
      It is advisable to cancel the plan after the last(12th) transaction to avoid getting it renewed.
