"I would like to request a refund for an annual subscription fee that was deducted from my account despite canceling the subscription immediately after signing up. Could you please guide me through the refund process?"

    you should have two emails from adobe; one showing your trial start date and one showing your cancellation date. 

     

    copy and paste those into a reply here (after redacting personal info).
