I cancelled my plan on 11th Aug but on 12th Aug ₹2,872.71 was deducted from my credit card. Why was it deducted? I only get ₹638.38 per month, but ₹2,872.71 was deducted. Please refund it to my credit card immediately. I am not using it. I have paid for 3 months. Please cancel it immediately and refund my money.

ie, if you want to stop it now, you would pay 1/2 the remaining (just over 4 months cost) amount.

I have already made 3 months payment, I have selected monthly plan but you are saying it is annual plan. I can cancel it anytime to use it properly. I have taken monthly option but you have suddenly cut the amount from my card. You have cut 2800 before due date. If you give me access, will you cut it as per your wish? if you paid x 3 months and cancel now. you would be charged for 1/2 the remaining 9 months ~ 4.5 months.

The plan has been cancelled for renewal which means the subscription will continue till June 24, 2026. This is the reason you are still getting charged. Since this is an annual plan, you will need to pay early cancellation fee if decide to terminate the plan before the term end.
