Hi there, I subscribed to the 30 day free trial, but somehow I got charged for a month instead. I canceled in less than 30 minute after it, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Thank you so much!

    Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

     

    Did you purchase a subscription for Acrobat Premium? The free trial is available only for 7 days and not 30 days.

    Can you please point out to the page where you saw a trial for 30 days? Also, the trial is only available when you opt in for an annual subscription.

     

    Also, since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.

    Hi, I just checked my email again and it said like this, the 10 assets a month (30-day free trial) and it also mention in the email that if i cancel before Aug 06 to get a full refund. So how can I get my full refund, within any time? Thank you so much!
