Good morning,

 

I cancelled my free trial a day before it ended and I'm showing a charge for the subscription. I would like to request a refund for the $32.46 please.

    We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details, you have an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro. You cancelled the plan for AI Assistant for Acrobat.

    The good news is Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days(including trial). Please refer to this article to know more: https://adobe.ly/4hukahZ

    It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.
