Hello,
I canceled my Adobe Premiere Pro subscription, but the payment was still charged.
Please issue a refund as I have already canceled my plan and haven’t used the product.
Charge date: 18.10.2025
Amount: 25.75$

    We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you subscribed to Adobe Premiere Pro plan on Sep 10 which converted to paid plan on Sep 18.
    Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days(including trial).
    I confirm that you have submitted your plan for cancellation today, which is outside of the 14 day window. Since this is an annual plan, it may include early termination if cancelled before term end.
