Re: Subscription is active, but Lightroom says its expired

I am having  a very similar issue, my subscription is due to renew in a month but all of the sudden the app is not allowing me to use my premium features. Help?

    Hello @Caitlin_Faut3502 

    I see you have an educational account, with two login profiles attached to your one email ID.  Please try signing out and back in again, and choose the organizational profile to see your subscription and previously synced images.

     

    If you need additional help, please contact your plan administrator, who has access to Adobe's Enterprise Support.
