Re: Subscription Suspended Due to Billing Problem Despite Payment

I just wanted to cancel my subscription and could not do so. I cancelled my auto deduction to Pay Pal and now just get notifications of Billing Error. I cannot even get to tell Adove to Cancel and go away.

    Bobnico, please see https://adobe.ly/40q0i9g for information on how to cancel your active subscription. If you are blocked from completing the steps, then use a different web browser or device to complete the cancellation request. ^JW

    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
