I'm writing here in hopes to get a refund. I was offered a 7 day free trial . I agreed to the free trial. The trial was to end on august 29 -today. But today I was charged $69.99. I was going to cancel today.

What do I have to do to get a refund ?

Shard, thanks for posting about your subscription commitments to this public discussion forum. The only active subscription for this account is the one you started today through Apple. If you started another trial, then please log in under the account you used to begin the trial if you wish to cancel the subscription and receive a refund.

If your other account has a subscription purchased through Adobe, then see https://adobe.ly/47lvY34 for steps you can complete to self-cancel most subscriptions. If the trial subscription is also through Apple, then please cancel the subscription in the Apple App Store. ^JW
