Ben 7 günlük deneme sürümü için programı indirdim, iptal etmek için tekrar girdiğimde önce sistemden kaynaklı yapamadım sonra iptal edildi şekilde görüntüleme aldım. Bununla birlikte yine de bir aylık ücret kesilmişti hesabımdan ben tek seferlik olduğunu düşünmüştüm ancak bugün bir ücret daha kesildi hiçbir şekilde kullanmadığım bu programdan dolayı 2 kere 1387 lira para kesildi. Bir de şimdi tekrar sisteme girip iptal etmek istediğimde 6900 lira gibi bir ücret kesileceği belirtiliyor. Deneme sürecinde bile kullanmadığım program için bu kadar para kesilmesi ve devamının da istenmesi kabul edilebilir gibi değildir. Kesilen ücretlerin iadesini ve bundan sonra kesinti yapılmamasını istiyorum.

Did you receive any confirmation email for subscription cancelation when it showed cancelled? This will help us better understand what might have happened and assist you further.

Also, just to let you know:

Adobe offers a full refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
If you cancel after 14 days, an Early Termination Fee (ETF) may apply. This fee is typically 50% of the remaining contract obligation for annual plans paid monthly.
