I agree with this, email is necessary especially when trying to send proof that I was charged 8 consecutive times for service I don't use. After chatting with support offered no solution I am left with 8 -$82.00 charges for a service I don't use! I'm not happy right now to say the very least. How hard is it to have an email, I mean you have a chat which is useless when it comes to disputes.
