Thank you, when I go to my account and select" My Plans," it says "There are no plans."  However, if I click on

"Invoices" it shows an invoice for the date I tried to get a free 7-day trial.  I am elderly and have no further use for Adobe Pro.  I was just trying to get the instructions for my sewing machine.  I live on my social security and cannot afford any monthly fees.  It doesn't let me cancel my trial subscription.  Please Help.  Carol dunn

    Thanks for reaching out, @carol_1617.

I confirm there is no active subscription associated with this email address. Could you confirm if the email address is same on the invoice?

    We'll look into this.

P.S. Please do not mention your email address here. This is a public forum.

try a different updated (non-opera) browser.

and for pdf viewing (like the instructions for your sewing machine) you can use adobe reader, which is free.
