I can't cancel this even when signed in. Oh well, I'll just have to block Adobe. Awful customer care.

    I have same issue ii cancelled my subscription last february , but they inform me that because i subscribe annually they can only stop debiting my account by april, i was unhappy already with that unfortunately until today it is already May they are still debiting my account, and they were saying i didn't cancel my subscription.

    that doesn't sound correct.  ie, your subscription was not cancelled in february.  you most likely were informed that you should wait until april and then cancel so you would not receive a penalty.  ie, you needed to cancel.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



    if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

    if you have a payment issue, that has to be rectified before you can cancel.
