THEY have been doing this to me FOR MONTHS but I just discovered it today and forget trying to rectify it- unbelieveable to me that adobe does not provide AMERICAN ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS- adobe is no different than anyone else it seems--  STEAL, STEAL, STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS-- NO INTEGRITY, NO CHARACTER, FATTEN YOUR OWN WALLET AND SCREW THE LITTLE GUY-

    Thank you so much for the response-I disputed these charges with my CC company- Adobe has been scamming me for almost three years with charges for this program I was never aware of until yesterday- my card is being cancelled and a new one issued-I will get 5 months refunded so far-I have discovered another photo editing company-I will dissolve my relationship with ADOBE completely- I am not a twitter, so that is out- but I so appreciate you taking the time and making the effort to assist me with this problem- more than Adobe has ever done-

    My problem is not being able to  speak to a customer service rep that I can understand-I can hear, but cannot figure out what is being said and they obviously cannot understand me-I spent the best part of the day trying to get an issue resolved but the lack of communication made it impossible- the conversation went round and round- they asking me to repeat one more time- I don't have that much time left on this earth-besides being disgruntled with the no service customer service - I discovered on my credit card bill today that I am being charged for an Adobe program I never heard of and did not authorize the purchase-I have been a customer for three years now or maybe more-- of Adobe Photoshop ONLY- however, after my discovery today I back tracked 6 months and that far back I am being charged $9.99 on the 11th of each month for something I did not purchase-On the 21st of each month my CC is charged $9.99 permonth for ADOBE PHOTOSHOP which I did purchase--from what little I could decipher from the conversation from the India customer service rep- he would cancel the purchase I did not make, but would not be able to refund my money-I don't understand how Adobe gets away with this-- I guess I will need to dispute the charges with my CC company-they always want to know if I  tried to resolve the issue myself- I would say I have considering half the day was spent trying to reach a resolution---
