Had the same problem. Checked every day, and the chatrobot gave me a link to cancel but this didnt work. Then an agent who offert me a new plan instead of cancelling and asked me why I want to cancel. pfffffff. It is a special policy to scare people away from the adobe company I think.

    yes an agent on the chat could cancel it for me....very annoying. Glad i
    use an old version of photoshop, illustrator etc for only zero a month....
    I am so happy that adobe isnt the owner of all my apps and os's, it would
    cost me a fortune every month.

    Good! As for the subscription model, there is no need to discuss this further. There is good and bad with this, but companies and professionals love the model as it is more economical than the prior practice of buying a software license and upgrading continuously.
