Reactivate my account!!!

Cancelled my account but overlooked the GIANT cancellation fee.  I only use the app every other month sometimes less, it was not worth $50.  Now I am charged $278??!!  Please please reactivate my account.  I'll deal with the $50 a month, just reactivate.  Thank you.

Once an account is deleted, it can't be restored.

Or is there some other issue?

The account you used to post this thread does not have any active or trial subscriptions. I am assuming you are talking about a different account. Could you share the account's email address with me through direct message? I'll look into the details.

No option to edit.  I'll be calling support tomorrow.  Online help is a joke.
