Reativar assinatura

Saudações!

 

Perdi o prazo de ativação da renovação da minha assinatura. Estou tentando reativar. Já ativei a renovação automática e já atualizei os dados de cobrança e pagamento, porém não não recebi a liberação para acessar os apps. O que falta eu fazer para receber a liberação?

does your account show your subscription is active - https://account.adobe.com

 

if yes, does your cc desktop app show trials, not download?

 

if no, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
