Question

Received a license from my school to be able to work on assignments at home, does not work

My school, RIT, has enabled licenses given by Adobe so I can work on photoshop assignments at home. I followed a guide given to enable that license, but it doesn't have seemed to work. On the Creative Cloud Desktop App and the website it says my plan still does not include it and asks to me pay to when I open up photoshop.

If  I am on the Web Creative Cloud Home page, it does say Photoshop is included in my plan, but no where else. I need to complete an assigment very soon and this is preventing me.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud+ all other apps you intend to use.
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

1. Open CC Desktop App.

2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings.  Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."

3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).

4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.

5. Close all apps.

6. Restart your computer.

7. Open CC Desktop app.

8. Click your Avatar.

9. Sign-in with the paid ID and password your school told you to use.

Post back if you need more help.

Are you signed in with a PAID Creative Cloud plan and not a free plan?
