Recently my student plan expired. I was charged $75. I then went through the process of re-upping my student account. Today, however, I noticed the price hadn't gone back to what it was before. What can I do, or who can I contact to fix this?

    Thank you for posting, @Eve5C56

I understand how frustrating it can be to purchase what you believed would restore your student pricing, only to find that the expected rate was not reflected afterward.

I reviewed your account and can see that you have an active Creative Cloud Pro plan and an Adobe Stock subscription. Based on what you've described, it appears there may be a mismatch between the offer that was purchased and the pricing currently associated with your subscription.

Because subscription pricing can depend on the specific offer selected during purchase, I'd recommend contacting us directly so we can review your recent order and confirm how it was applied to your existing subscriptions.

You can reach our support team here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

Once we review the order details, we'll be able to determine whether any additional action is needed regarding the pricing on your account.

Please update this discussion if you have any additional questions, @Eve5C56.
