Rechnerwechsel - Seriennummer CS 5.5. zu oft aktiviert - Kein Zugriff auf Altgeräte

Hallo,
ich kann meine dauerhafte Lizenz von Adobe Creative Suite CS 5.5. nach Neuinstallation auf einem anderen Rechner nicht mehr aktivieren, da die vorherigen Installationen auf alten, defekten Rechnern lagen.  Eine softwareseitige Abmeldung - so wie es Adobe vorschlägt - ist daher nicht mehr möglich.

Die telefonische Adobe Hotline konnte nicht weiterhelfen, da diese wohl keinen Zugriff auf die "alten" Aktivierungserver haben. Eine Rücksetzung der Aktivierungen auf diesem Weg ist daher leider nicht möglich.
Könnte ein Adobe-Mitarbeiter bitte ein globales Reset meiner Seriennummer [1409-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5637] durchführen?

    if it's impossible to use the old computers with activations, it's impossible ti recover an activation.  

     

    there's no workaround, any more.  ie, if you check info more than a few months old, you'll see up to two different workarounds, but those no longer work.
