Recovering account data

Good morning... how can I recover my account data if I don't remember what e-mail address was used and I don't have a second e-mail address and phone number added? The only data I have for this account is the card number used for payment and the date when this payment will be charged again. My computer crashed and after a new installation of Windows, I cannot log in to my account to install the purchased Adobe programs because every e-mail I enter tells me that there is no such program assigned to any account.

Best regards, Wojtek Konopka

For anyone else reading this, make a text file with your important information and copy that text file to an external device and keep that external device (such as a USB flash drive) in a safe place

when you first subscribed, you received a confirmation email.  if you can find that email you can recover your email address and adobe id.

otherwise, i'm not sure you can, but you can try adobe support.  let us know if they were able to help.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
