Recurring Billing, Invoice and Payment issues

Acrobat Pro account is billed and paid on a monthly subscription and have encountered recurring billing and payment issues even after having paid twice in the month of April due as acess to subscription was disabled and have screen shots showing ongoing errors. I even tried to open and display past monthly invoices and receive "Encountered error displaying invoices. We can't open the file, something went wrong". Seriously considering canceling subscription, as I'm unable to get any help online...sigh :((

    Pebo, I am sorry you have encountered problems managing and using the Adobe services you have subscribed to. Which web browser are you using to review the invoices? Are you using the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/448RYN2 to access the invoices?

     

    I am also showing that a payment is due for your current subscription. Please see https://adobe.ly/42P5V07 for information on how to update the payment information under your account. ^JW

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    what's it show regarding your subscription?  eg, any payment problem?
