Recurring Billing, Invoice and Payment issues
Acrobat Pro account is billed and paid on a monthly subscription and have encountered recurring billing and payment issues even after having paid twice in the month of April due as acess to subscription was disabled and have screen shots showing ongoing errors. I even tried to open and display past monthly invoices and receive "Encountered error displaying invoices. We can't open the file, something went wrong". Seriously considering canceling subscription, as I'm unable to get any help online...sigh :((
