Hi, I'm an university student so I bought a 1-year Adobe Creative Cloud Student Edition, I redeemed the code as the instructions says and I clicked on the Get Started button after that I check my account and it Still as a Free or Trial account, so I tried again but the code says redeemed, I already try to contact Support team but it always says that the agents are out of comercial time so pleaaaase I need help to use the $250 spend on that
