Redeemed Voucher But No Access To Photography Plan

My Photography Plan subscription expired yesterday. Today I redeemed a voucher today, bought through Amazon and followed the link to redeem the voucher on the Adobe site. That was sucessful. However when I look at my plan I can see tha Photoshop and Lightroom are locked out and my account says I only have access to an Acrobat Services: PDF Services API. 
When I try to contact support I get a popup sayin that only an Administrator can talk to Adobe.

"A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help."

I don't understand this as I'm on my own PC at home and not a member of any organisation.

You are on a teams account! I suppose the voucher needs to be redeemed against a private accounr, or the private part of your corporate account. (I would use a completly private ID with an e-mail under my control.
