Redemption code for Photo Elements 2021

Question

I bought Photoshop Elements at Staples I tried entering the redemption code and I keep getting an invalid redemption code, I've tried 3 times, I double checked the code as written on the card, and re-submitted it and again got invalid redemption code. I had also bought Adobe Premiere 2021, so thought I would try that one, and it worked, I got the serial number for that program, so I thought I would try the redemption code for Photoshop Elements again, and I still got invalid redemption code. I have tried to find an e-mail or other way to contact Adobe, but can'f find any way to contact them about this problem, other than this forum.

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
