Yo cancele la suscripcion a Adobe Pro y en cuenta aparece como cancelada, pero hoy me hicieron un cobro en mi tarjeta de credito.  Como puedo solicitar el reembolso ya que no aparece ningun medio al cual se puede uno comunicar directamente.  Un correo o telefono.

I confirm that both of the plans you subscribed to have been cancelled. Ideally, there should have been an automatic refund initiated by Adobe as the cancellation has been done within first 14 days.
