Necesito ayuda, ya van 10 dias de mi reembolso y aun no recibo el dinero en mi cuenta

Buenas tardes

El 7 de Enero del 2026, el mismo dia que realize la compra de la licencia, solicite el reembolso

Quisiera saber si el reembolso fue aceptado y procesado, ya que no he recibido ningun comprobante por correo y solo debo esperar los 15 dias.

Adjunto Comprobante de Nota de Credito.
