Reembolso

Muy buen día a la comunidad, escribo por acá ya que no encuentro la manera de comunicarme co. Atencion al cliente, yo tenia el plan premium de adobe, al momento de realizarse el renuevo decido pasar al standard y se me indica que se hará un cobro de al rededor de 16 euros y el respectivo reembolso del costo del plan premium (24 euros aproximadamente) y de este reembolso aun no recibo nada, el día de hoy por este mismo motivo decido cancelar el plan del cual se me indica también se realizará el reembolso. Pero como pedir que estos reembolsos se realicen correctamente?

    Estimados adoble el pasado 5 mayo anule mi suscripcion y tadavia no meh reambulsado los 24 euros de fianza,pero ademas con fecha 1 junui me han cargadi a mi cuenta otros 24.18 eyros de la suscripcion que ya estaba anulada,ruego que me develvan los 48 cobrados indevidamente,gracias anticipadas

    Lo mismo, segun puedes cancelar su servicio y nada solo te hacen dar vueltas

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    if you purchased via an app store (and not adobe.com), contact the app store.

    p.p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
