Escribo por aquí ya que el chat y los teléfonos no me han ayudado y no responden. Realice la cancelación de la prueba y ya me habían cobrado el último día. Solicité el reembolso pero aunque me dijeron que ya estaba efectuado, no es así. Hablé a mi banco y tuve que meter aclaración porque a ellos no les aparece nada acerca de esa devolución, esto ya tiene casi un mes y no veo el reembolso del mismo.

    We appreciate you contacting us. As per your account details, you subscribed for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator on April 6, 2024. You cancelled the subscription on the 16th day i.e. April 21, 2024. 

    Refund can only be claimed if the subscription is cancelled with 14 days. This is the reason you have been charged.

    Hola! Adobe me suspendió el plan porque mi tarjeta se había vencido y una vez que actualicé los datos, me decía que no la podía actualizar.  Pensé que aquel plan ya no servía y contraté el mismo otra vez, porque el otro me aparecía suspendido. El tema es que pasadas unas horas, no solo me cobró por el nuevo que contraté, sino por el que me había suspendido. Necesito que me reembolsen uno de los planes. Yo lo cancelépero no  sé si me lo remmbolsarán. Lo necesito y necesito una respuesta

    I understand how frustrating this can be. I can see that there are two plans on the Adobe account used with this community. One of them has been cancelled, but the refund hasn’t been processed yet.

    For the refund status and next steps, it would be best to reach out directly to Adobe Support, as they can check the billing details and help you further. You can contact them using this link.

    Olá, gostaria do reembolso do plano . Acabei assinando sem querer e quando vi um valor altíssimo já não estava mais lá..  Gostaria de saber o que fazer ?

    Me duplicaron el cobro, cancele el plan un día después del cobro a mi tarjeta necesito mi reembolso.

    Hola, he cancelado mi plan hace 14 días y (cumpliendo el plazo), pero no he recibido mi reembolso, tampoco aparece en mi cuenta en el apartado de devoluciones, necesito ayuda por favor

    Tengo el mismo problema realice la cancelación antes de los 14 dias y no responde mensajes chat ni llamadas y no hya reembolso.

    Estimados adjunto la suscripción que lamentablemente fue por error ya que ya tenia suscripción activa pero al momneto de manipular el perfil se actualizo al plan 100gb, fue cancelado al instante a darme cuenta de error , adjuto imagenes de factura y imagen de numero de cancelacion.

    Buenas tardes me realizaron un cobro por una suscripcion que nunc he usado por COP $ 123.500 hay en la politicas de devolucion decia que si  cancela en 14 dias del pago ( compra inicial) entiendase esto  desde el debito del dinero. No desde los dias de prueba porque decia que era GRATIS . No conformes con esto me aplicaron una tarifa por gastos de devolucion de COP $ 613.500.  lo cual me parece un abuso de confianza lo cual se puede denunciar en la superintendencia industria y comercio. Porque adicional, el canal de contactar un asesor es bastante limitado

    adobe free trials are 7 days.  then you're charged and your subscription starts. you still have 7 more days to cancel with no penalty.

     

    whether you use apps, or not, adobe doesn't track.
