Buenas, resulta que puse mi tarjeta para la prueba gratuita de adobe y lo probe unos cuantos días y nunca más lo utilice. Ahora me encuentro en mi tarjeta que me hicieron el cobro, (ahi recorde que habia olvidado cancelar la subscripcion). Ya no uso el servicio y estoy pagando por algo que no estoy usando y quisiera saber si seria posible un reembolso del dinero. Intente cancelar pero me tira error y nose que hacer ayuda porfavor.

    you have a 7 day free trial.  after that your trial becomes a paid subscription with a 7 day grace period during which you can cancel without obligation.  after that, you're committed to the subscription you started when you agreed to the trial terms.

     

    you can still make your case to adobe support, but you're on the hook for that subscription.
