  • Customers signed up for a free trial of an Adobe product and could not cancel before the trial period ended.
  • This led to an automatic charge to their credit card.
  • In response, refund requests were submitted shortly after the charge, accompanied by concerns about how quickly the refund would be processed.

If this has happened to you, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do next:

1. Check Adobe’s Refund Policy:

  • Adobe offers a 14-day refund window from the beginning of the subscription trial.
  • If you're within this period, you're eligible for a full refund.

2. Avoid Future Charges:

  • Cancel any active plans via Adobe Account Settings.
  • Set reminders for trial expirations and to avoid auto-renewals

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
