Hola, necesito ayuda a cómo pedir un reembolso sobre la aplicación que no la utilicé

Hola, el 23/02/26 se realizó un cobro de mi suscripción de Acrobat. Yo ya había cancelado el plan y no estoy utilizando el servicio. Solicito por favor la revisión del cargo y el reembolso del último pago. De acuerdo a las políticas de reembolso me reintegren el valor pagado el día 23 de febrero porque el servicio yo no lo utilice ni lo pienso utilizar por favor espero una respuesta.

If you properly canceled, any refund due will be processed within 14 days.

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

Solicito que de acuerdo a las políticas de reembolso me reintegren el valor pagado el día 27 de mayo porque el servicio yo no lo utilice ni lo pienso utilizar

Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that you previously had an Acrobat plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This plan has since been cancelled.

Your free trial was set to end on May 27, 2025, and a charge was applied for the subscription. However, since you cancelled the plan within the 14-day initial period, you are eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed automatically and should reflect in your account within a few business days.
