Se renovó mi plan el 27 de octubre 2024 y el mismo día 27 de octubre 2024, cancele mi plan. ¿Cómo puedo solicitar el reembolso? porque quiero eliminar mi cuenta de forma definitiva. 

Luego me descontaron de mi tarjeta $66.172.- cual debo de imaginar que es el monto por los "meses" pendientes. ¿Cómo puedo solicitar el reembolso de ese monto?

    Cata, I am sorry, but I am still showing that you have an active subscription. Please see https://adobe.ly/3UwY303 for steps you can take to cancel your subscription. If you have already tried self-canceling, then use a different web browser or device to complete the process.

    The same thing that is blocking you from contacting our chat team can also prevent you from submitting your request to cancel, Cata. ^JW

    if you see a problem, contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    you should cancel just prior to renewal, not after.  at this point, you can appeal to adobe support to cancel.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

    Ya cancele el plan, el mismo día que se renovó.

    El chat no hay agentes disponibles, soy del país Chile. 

     

    De que otra forma me puedo comunicar para tener una respuesta?
