Tuve un problema, pedi un reembolso y me dijieron que espere varios dias, despues mi reembolso se habia cancelado y tenia que hablarlo con alguien, necesito ayuda.
Ya hable con soporte, pero este me dice que no tengo plan activo (cosa que es verdad) pero no eh recibido el dinero y por lo tanto no puedo solicitar un soporte.

I still haven't received anything yet. I spoke to support recently and the refund was successful. I even received an email saying that I had to wait 5-7 days, and after a few days, I received another email saying that the refund was not made due to bank problems.
