Alguno de ustedes conoce cuándo recibiré mi reembolso una vez que ya he cancelado mi pedido (he de mencionar que lo hice dentro del plazo que adobe menciona, antes de cumplir 14 días)

As you mentioned that you want to know about the refund, I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

A refund of $29.99 has already been credited to your account. Kindly get in touch with your bank if you don't see the refund amount.

Ya me descontaron y quiero el reembolso me descontaron el dinero hace un par de horas, necesito el reembolso, no he estado usando la aplicación pór mas de 9 mes y de la nada me lo cobraron, necesito ayuda y no me permite cancelar la suscripción me quieren cobrar un valor adicional

Ya trate de que me devuelva y no vale sale error en la facturación cuando ya me descontaron incluso con impuestos, dicia qué espere 48h y ya lo hice y nada

Yo he cancelado la suscripción hoy mismo, me descontaron el dinero hace un par de horas, necesito el reembolso, no he estado usando la aplicación pór mas de 1 mes y de la nada me lo cobraron, necesito ayuda.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
