Fiz a assinatura mensal do Adobe pro, não consegui me adaptar ao programa e solicito o reembolso do valor que paguei, já que fiz o cancelamento no mesmo dia, estando dentro dos 7 dias grátis.

Boa noite, como estão?

Na verdade eu já fiz o cancelamento da assinatura ela foi feita dentro dos
7 dias grátis que vocês oferecem e ainda não fui reembolsado. Foi realmente
na minha conta de email paulo.obando@discente.ufg.br
Caso necessitem de outros dados me informem, por gentileza para que o
reembolso seja feito.
