Hola, quiero saber como puedo iniciar un reembolso estuve hablando con el asistente virtual pero solo me da vueltas, yo hice la prueba gratuita, la cancele y semanas despues me debitatin la plata igual

then you should have received 2 confirmation emails from adobe. one for the trial subscription start and one for your cancellation.

what the dates of those two emails?
